As executive Director, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Society and implementing policies adopted by the Board of Directors. I direct and coordinate activities of the Society in accordance with established policies to further the achievement of the objectives and goals of the membership.

As the Membership Director, my primary duties at the Dental Society are recruitment and retention. Throughout the year, I work closely with the Council on Membership on new ways to recruit members and to retain those members we currently have. Along with the Council, I have created programs that encourage members to recruit their colleagues to join organized dentistry.

I work primarily on the materials that get mailed to each of our members and I also maintain the website. Along with our editor, Dr. Shahnaz Ahmed, I compose the Society's award-winning publication, St. Louis Dentistry. As registration director, I handle all the registration for our Seminar Series and our annual convention, the Mid-Continent Dental Congress.
