Kimberly Cooley graduated from the Northwest Arkansas Dental Assisting Program in Fayetteville's West Campus in 1990. She began her career as a registered dental assistant working in oral surgery with Dr.'s Grammer and Skoch.
In 1994 Kimberly founded K.C. Dental Temps, the first temporary assisting service in NW Arkansas, serving over 120 practices from Bentonville to Fort Smith. Through this service it became very apparent that Infection Control and OSHA compliance issues varied drastically from office to office. In an effort to keep her own staff in compliance and to assist her clientele in their efforts, the concept for Compliance Management Systems was born. After intensive training and research, she developed comprehensive site specific written and training programs; Ms. Cooley submitted her curriculum to Federal OSHA and The Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners for their input and approval.
Ms. Cooley constantly renews her research and training through her close association with OSHA, State Health Departments, and various infectious disease research entities. Since January 1999 Compliance Management Systems has assisted over 600 dental and medical practices in Arkansas and the surrounding states to not only achieve but exceed in their compliance requirements.
